“Israeli forces raided our home today and took her into custody after searching the house,” Hazem Fakhouri told Anadolu Agency.
He said the arrest came after he was threatened by Israeli intelligence officers of arresting his wife when he was summoned for questioning a week ago.
According to her husband, Khater suffers serious health problems.
A mother of five, Khater is a Palestinian activist, who writes a series of articles in a number of Palestinian dailies.
