Three Turkish troops were killed in a pre-dawn attack by PKK terrorists and an ensuing clash on Wednesday in southeast Turkey, a local governor said.
Another troop was seriously wounded in the clash near Eruh town of Siirt province and he was rushed to a university hospital in Diyarbakir with critical condition.
A large-scale military operation was underway in the area.
