CAIRO
Free Syrian Army has said "it accepted in principle" to join in the ranks of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, a coalition of opposition groups in the Syrian civil war that was founded last month, said political adviser to the rebel army.
Bassam al-Dade told Anadolu Agency that the decision came after a meeting with the council officials on Sunday about the FSA's participation in the opposition group.
Al-Dade said no final decision had been made to what extent the FSA would take part in the council, adding talks were still underway.
